Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShelfScan: the ShelfScan Chrome extension, the website and the dashboard at this domain (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Sözleşme Cepte ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders paid in US dollars. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Orders paid in Turkish lira are processed by Shopier.

2. The Service

ShelfScan collects the product identifiers (ASINs) listed on the Amazon storefront and category pages you choose to scan, in your own browser, saves them to your account and lets you export them or upload them to tools you use. ShelfScan is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon, Seller Running (Threecolts) or Seller Flash.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • An account owner can invite others to a workspace. Members share the workspace's scans, prohibited list and credits.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for your business.

4. Credits and packs

  • One credit is used for each ASIN saved from a scan. New accounts receive 5,000 free credits, once.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
  • Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
  • Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • use the Service only on pages you are allowed to view, and in line with the terms of the marketplaces and tools you use it with;
  • not use the Service to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any website, account or system;
  • not resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own product;
  • not reverse engineer the Service or try to get around credit limits or security measures;
  • not use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Credits used in breach of these terms are not refunded.

6. Your data

Scan results belong to you. We process them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download your scans at any time and ask us to delete your account.

7. Availability and changes

Marketplace websites change without notice, and a change can stop a scan from working until we update ShelfScan. We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted, error-free or that every product of every store will be found. We may change features of the Service. Material changes to these terms will be announced on this page or by email.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business decisions made using data from the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end the Service with 30 days' notice; in that case unused purchased credits are refunded pro rata.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
