- Is this a subscription?
- No. Credit packs are one-time payments and credits never expire. 1 credit = 1 ASIN saved from a scan.
- Does ShelfScan touch my Amazon account?
- No. It reads only the storefront pages you choose to scan, in your own browser, after you click Start scan. It never reads your Amazon account, orders, messages or payment data.
- How do I pay?
- By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay in USD through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Buyers in Türkiye can also pay in TRY through Shopier.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, a pack with unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.
